Welcome to Sun2Spain. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website (Sun2Spain.com) and the booking of our tours and services. By making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Services

 

Sun2Spain provides guided tours, excursions, and related services in Spain. All tours are subject to availability and may vary depending on weather, safety, or other conditions.

4. Bookings & Payments

    •    Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received.

    •    Payment is processed securely via our authorized payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

    •    You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our services, which are tied to specific dates and times, bookings are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU).

    •    Cancellations received more than 72 hours before the scheduled tour → Eligible for a refund, minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g. tickets already purchased).

    •    Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, or no-shows → Not refundable.

    •    If Sun2Spain must cancel a tour (e.g. due to force majeure, safety reasons, or lack of minimum participants), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Refund Processing fees : 

Please note that all refunds are subject to non-refundable processing fees. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors and are therefore not recoverable once a transaction has been completed. As a result, in the event of an approved refund, the original payment processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. The refunded balance will reflect the total amount paid minus these processing fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities

    •    Arrive at the designated meeting point on time.

    •    Follow safety instructions provided by the guide.

    •    Behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and local communities.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer’s behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without obligation to refund.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

We kindly ask customers to contact us first if there are any issues with a booking. Most problems can be resolved quickly and fairly.

 

Initiating an unjustified chargeback without first contacting us may be considered misuse of payment dispute processes. We reserve the right to contest such chargebacks and provide evidence of the booking to the payment provider.

 

This does not affect your legal right to dispute a payment in cases of genuine fraud or service not provided.

8. Reviews & Feedback

 

We welcome honest feedback and reviews from our customers.

 

Constructive criticism helps us improve our services. However, we reserve the right to take appropriate action if a review contains defamatory, false, or abusive statements that are damaging to our reputation.

 

This does not limit your right to express your genuine opinion about our services.

9. Liability

 

Sun2Spain is not liable for:

    •    Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

    •    Loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

    •    Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

 

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the booked service, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Insurance

 

We recommend that all customers have personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

11. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Sun2Spain Tours or used under license. Copying or distribution without permission is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Consumer Rights

 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

 

14. Intellectual Property and License for Digital Content

All digital content provided free of charge by Sun2Spain, including but not limited to travel guides, itineraries, checklists, and eBooks (collectively, the "Digital Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Sun2Spain and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

Sun2Spain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, view, and use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing the Digital Content.

• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from the Digital Content.

• Sharing the Digital Content with any third party.

• Using the Digital Content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or renting it.

• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Digital Content.

This license is granted solely to you and terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms. Sun2Spain reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
